Term and Conditions
1. We love our currency. Therefore, all of the prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) denomination. They are also subject to change without any prior notice.
2. We sell our products by pieces. However, we always maintain that each of them has approximately same design. Should there be any difference, it will be in-significant. Beside that, as we mentioned before, all of our products are handmade, so there will be slight variances from one to the others.
3. Codes and other specifications of products shown in our on-line catalogue may be subject to change. Should there be any changes, customers will be promptly notified.
4. Payments are to be made via bank transfer (T/T). All charges form the bank transfers are to be paid by customers. Furthermore, customers are agree to take full responsibility for all import duties on the merchandise, if applicable, in the destination countries.
5. Prices of goods do not include shipping cost. Customers will be advised of shipping cost when we have received the orders. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification through e-mail or fax.
6. Buyers/customers are responsible for any custom charges. We are not responsible for any customs/duty/tax & other related fees. Some countries do not charge import duties/taxes for silver goods from Bali-Indonesia. However, please check on your customs for more information regarding this issue.
7.We guarantee our products will be in good conditions till the goods riches cargo. Any damaged during the shipping we are not responsible for any damage occurring on the cargo
8. We cannot guarantee that any specific items will be available at all times. Please understand our goods are handmade products. Therefore, we may sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain times.
